Booking Terms and Conditions


BOOKING AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. IN CASE, IF THE CONTRACT IS NOT MATERIALIZED, THE BOOKING AMOUNT SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS DRAWING CHARGES





ORDERS ABOVE 5 LAKHS Booking Amount
TOKEN ADVANCE: RS.40,000
Once the booking is confirmed and, if your site is ready, a dedicated designer will be allocated to design your home. The designer, along with a consultant, will visit the site to take measurements.
Within the next 7 - 14 days, you will be presented with the initial 3D Design. For this you will be invited to our nearest branch, where an expert designer from team RAK will present the live 3D design at our branch.
The drawings will commence upon the remittance of the booking amount .
3D designs will be shared with clients based on the products mentioned on the initial quotation, through online meeting or at showrooms directly. You can visit the nearby branches according to your preference. No document or link will be shared.
Quotation will be provided based on the editions or add on’s if any, after the initial design discussion. Design on the revised 3D and 360-degree designs will commence upon receipt of a 10% advance based on the revised quotation.
3D designs will not be provided for any exterior designs such as courtyard, garden,bathroom, swimming pool etc.,
If the 80% of the revised design not materialized completely, there will be additional charge of Rs 3000/- per views.
Please note that for the NRI clients, we will offer a Zoom/Google Meet link for them to join the live 3D edits meeting.
This live 3D meeting will be scheduled according to the client’s convenience, subject to the availability of the RAK designer and the 3D Arena.
For clients whose sites are not yet ready (plastering not completed), we will offer an initial set of 3D designs through online meeting or showrooms directly. The remaining edits will be provided after the plastering work is completed. Also the dedicated designer will visit the site only after the plastering is completed or the site is ready. This is because precise measurements cannot be obtained until plastering is completed at the site.
FIRST PAYMENT: Upon confirmation of final drawings and final quotation, the client shall pay 50% of the total estimate to initiate production.
SECOND & FINAL PAYMENT: Balance 50% is to be received before the dispatch of the first load of furniture to the site.

TURNKEY SOLUTIONS - FOR ORDERS ABOVE Rs. 20 LAKHS Booking Amount
TOKEN ADVANCE: RS.2,00,000
Once the booking is confirmed and, if your site is ready, a dedicated designer will be allocated to design your home. The designer, along with a consultant, will visit the site to take measurements.
Within 7-14 days, we will start with the initial 3D designs of your site according to your requirements.
Any edits from the initial design can be communicated to the designer accordingly.
The initial three rounds of edits are complimentary. Any further changes or edits proposed after the the three complimentary rounds will be chargeable.
